Keith is the director of communications for the Cascade Engineering Family of Companies. The Family of Companies represents 10 companies serving a diversity of markets including automotive, trucking, recycling/waste management, office furniture, agricultural/industrial containers, polymer compounding, and RFID asset management. Primarily focused on designing, engineering and plastic injection molding of large parts. Cascade Engineering is widely recognized for its business achievements and community involvement and is one of the largest Certified B Corps in the world. Today, Cascade Engineering employs 1900 people across 15 facilities in six US locations with additional European operations in Budapest, Hungary.

Keith is responsible for communication strategy, visual and digital communications, brand architecture, and public relations. He is a frequent guest speaker representing Cascade Engineering and their TBL philosophy and practices. Prior to joining Cascade, Keith directed marketing operations for Universal Laser Systems in Scottsdale, AZ, ITW Drawform, Fairly Painless Advertising and Prince Corporation in Holland, Mi.
Keith is an award winning photographer and has taught photography in the College of Fine Arts at Western Michigan University. He is an avid tennis player and serves on the USTA mid-west section marketing committee. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from Western Michigan University and his Master of Business Management (MM) with a concentration in Sustainable Business from Aquinas College.
Keith lives in Holland, Michigan with his wife Christi and their three children Joe, Jenna and Jessica along with their Golden Retriever Maggie.
