Southwest Initiative Foundation has a volunteer Board of Directors, professional staff and countless partners who care deeply about southwest Minnesota.
Our board and staff live in all corners of our region and log thousands of miles each year to connect personally with the people, businesses and organizations who are making our communities stronger.
Collectively, the 35 of us board and staff have advanced degrees, certifications and more than 200 years of experience serving Southwest Initiative Foundation’s mission. We also hold leadership and volunteer roles in our home communities. We know southwest Minnesota through-and-through!
What this really means is that we have plenty of ideas, connections, and resources that will help our partners succeed.
