They’re leaving the events today prepared to lead the way in their workplaces, homes and communities.
Southwest Initiative Foundation believes strongly in building leaders from within—providing opportunities for people to advance their ability to tackle any situation through greater awareness of their individual strengths. It also increases confidence when we can impact others through collaborative networking – sharing what’s working and seeking new ideas for our challenges.
We host leadership trainings with groups or even 1:1 with our business loan clients, early childhood and fund partner volunteers, youth programs, and more.
