Welcoming Week (Hutchinson)
September 12 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Bring a lawn chair and enjoy fellowship with neighbors at this free community celebration! Whether you’re a newcomer or a long-time resident – no matter where you’re from – you belong in Hutchinson!
Sunday, Sept. 12 • 12-4 p.m. at Masonic West River Park, 1003 Les Kouba Pkwy NW, Hutchinson, MN 55350
- FREE Concert by Sounds of Hope, 1-2:30 p.m.
Based in St. Paul, Sounds of Hope brings lively music from around the world right to our community! Each year, the organization hosts Songs of Hope™, a six-week, overnight performing arts summer camp in St. Paul for kids aged 10 and older from around the world. They then go out into communities to perform and share their music. Since the program hasn’t been able to happen this year, Minnesota-based musicians are coming together for this special performance coming to Hutchinson!
- Activities for kids and families, like piñatas, face painting, games and more!
- Food vendors
