Grant Resources
Grantmaking is at the heart of our role as a community foundation. We accept grant ideas on an ongoing basis as well as providing defined grant rounds throughout the year. Our grants are open to nonprofit organizations, schools, government agencies and projects that use one of these entities as a fiscal partner.
Legal Resources
Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and LegalCORPS help nonprofits answer their legal questions through the pro bono Nonprofit Legal Services Initiative, featuring the following resources:
- Nonprofit Legal Help Desk: Real-time legal support for nonprofits and MCN members with referrals to resources and counsel.
- Legal Resource Library: Resources addressing legal considerations to ensure compliance and protection of nonprofits’ legal rights.
- Responsive Compliance Support: Step-by-step guidance for a compliance assessment for your nonprofit, with legal standards and best practices.
