The Southwest Minnesota Foundation believes that communities that choose to dedicate significant time, energy and resources to the care and development of their children will be communities that thrive.  The Foundation seeks to engage communities throughout the region to promote innovative, responsibe and developmentally-appropriate activities to nurture our future leaders.

Our primary goals are to:

• Improve the lives of our youngest children through the Early Childhood Initiative
• Increase opportunities for youth leadership
