Promote Productive Aging

Nearly all of the Foundations grant funds for "Productive Aging" come from the Paul & Alma Schwan Aging Trust Fund, a component fund that promotes productive aging by providing regional leadership, technical assistance, and financial support to projects that engage seniors in community life and capitalize on seniors as a resource.  The Foundation has provided leadership and resources to parish nursing projects, intergenerational programs, and educational opportunities for seniors.
