Promote Economic Advancement

The Foundation has launched an asset-based economic advancement plan to capitalize on the rich resources and services in southwest Minnesota for the benefit of individuals and communities.  Currently, the Foundation is focusing its efforts on a marketing strategy to promote renewable energy as an economic asset in southwest Minnesota by branding the region as the Renewable Energy Marketplace™.  This communication and education platform enables the 18-county area to "speak with one voice" and promote the area as the commerce center to invest, build, sell and distribute renewable energy products.
