The Southwest Minnesota Foundation concentrates leadership and resources around five key areas, called priorities. They include promoting productive aging, inclusive communities, economic advancement, and philanthropy, and connecting youth and communities. These are areas of critical importance to the people and communities of southwest Minnesota and the Foundation is ensuring that seeds of positive change are being planted that will make this area an even better place to live.
