With heavy hearts, we’re remembering a pillar of the Southwest Initiative Foundation’s past leadership, Connie Burchill, who died last week.
He was an influential board member and served as board chair. Connie was honored as the 2004 Southwest Initiative Foundation Award recipient, recognizing his commitment to southwest Minnesota as a philanthropist, leader, innovator and collaborator.
Connie was also dedicated in his leadership role as the former Worthington Community College president, as well as the many community organizations he served and supported.
