The Southwest Initiative Foundation (SWIF) is pleased to announce that Amy Woitalewicz, Fulda, has joined the organization as a Business Finance Officer.
Woitalewicz has more than 10 years experience in business financing, including six years as the Loan Servicing Officer and four years as the Loan Officer at Prairieland Economic Development Corporation. Woitalewicz received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management with a Finance concentration from Southwest Minnesota State University.
Woitalewicz is a native of southwest Minnesota. She volunteers as the director of her church’s Children and Worship Program and serves as a Board Member of the Murray County Jr. Achievement.
“Amy has vast experience in the development, processing and servicing of loans to businesses in southwest Minnesota,” said SWIF President/CEO Sherry Ristau. “She has worked with a diverse set of businesses and is very familiar with our loan program and our region. She is a true asset to our organization and I look forward to her continued success in helping businesses succeed.”
Woitalewicz will lead SWIF’s business finance programs, with the exception of the Microenterprise Loan Program, which includes the Revolving Loan Fund, Renewable Energy Loan Program, Regional Centers Loan Program, Small Communities Loan Program and the Technology Development Fund. Woitalewicz has assumed the position held by former SWIF Business Credit Officer Josh Gehlen.
