How can communities\, educators\, employers\, and leaders work together to create opportunities that keep our region strong? \n\n\n\nJoin us in Hutchinson for an engaging discussion centered on the latest findings from the Center for Rural Policy and Development’s Pathways After High School research project. The study examines the diverse paths graduates take after high school\, from postsecondary education to direct workforce entry\, and highlights what these trends mean for the future of Greater Minnesota’s workforce and communities.  \n\n\n\nHosted by CRPD\, this event will bring together community members\, educators\, business leaders\, and policymakers to explore the challenges and opportunities facing our region. Participants will gain valuable insights into workforce development\, talent retention\, and the ways our communities can support young people as they pursue their goals and build their futures. The Hutchinson event will focus on data pertaining to Southwest Minnesota and will dig into the data specific to our region.  \n\n\n\nWhether you’re an educator\, employer\, student advocate\, elected official\, community leader\, or simply passionate about the future of rural Minnesota\, this conversation is for you. \n\n\n\nRegistration is free and open to the public.
