
Randy Reinke, President/CEO of Custom Products of Litchfield, was recently elected to the Southwest Initiative Foundation (SWIF) Board of Directors, effective July 1.
Randy is an excellent addition to our board, bringing extensive business and community experience and perspective to our organization.
Manufacturing is so important to southwest Minnesota. Randy’s knowledge and insight about the needs of this key industry will help SWIF make a positive impact on our rural economy.
Custom Products is a sheet metal and tubing fabricator specializing in the design, testing and manufacture of cab enclosures and rollover protection for off-highway vehicles. They employ about 115 people. Randy joined the company in 1979.
In addition to his leadership at Custom Products, Randy serves on multiple state and local boards and committees. Current positions include Grow Minnesota!, Workers Compensation Research Institute, Litchfield Area Community Foundation, Litchfield School Board – School Improvement Advisory Council, Trifac Workers’ Compensation Fund, Aggregate Security Insurance Group – A Risk Retention Group, and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers.
He is committed to southwest Minnesota and, along with the entire board, will help steer our organization in a direction that best serves our region.
