Building leadership skills from the inside out
Two-day opening workshop Jan. 19-20, 2012
Southwest Minnesota nonprofits are feeling the pinch of hard times. Meeting daily needs and
overcoming organizational challenges leave leaders very few resources for professional skill
development.
The Nonprofit Leader’s Academy provides dedicated time and support to focus on personal growth
by building leadership skills from the inside out. This skill-building and life-changing experience is
designed to help individuals become more strategic and resilient leaders.
“The Academy provides a wonderful opportunity for existing and emerging leaders to broaden their
networks with regional nonprofit professionals and to experience a space for rejuvenation and
inspiration that supports the advancement of their organizations’ missions. All aspects of
the Academy have been tremendously beneficial!”
